Karl Holland - Owner

Karl has built Holland Construction based upon the core values of a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, a phenomenal client experience, the strong fiscal health of the company, and a sense of fairness for all involved.

Karl was exposed to this industry at a young age. He spent his teen summers and weekends working in his father's construction/remodeling business. After attending the University of Arizona Karl decided to continue working in the construction business and in 1986 formed his own company in Tucson. 

Having all but a few trades “in house”, keeps Holland Construction in control of the design and construction timeline. This cuts weeks and sometimes months off from start to completion and also assures that the client experiences the Holland Construction team's uncommon level of friendliness, professionalism, and competence.
